How To Use This Site

How To Navigate:
Navigating this site is easy once you learn how. The site is equipped with page breaks, which allows only a limited amount of information to be displayed on the home page. But you can view more information about each book simply by clicking either the "Read more" option that is below each picture, like in this diagram:

Or you can simply click on the title above the entry, usually it is the name of the book. Like this example shows:

When you click one of those links, you should be taken to a page that displays more information about each book. Like this example:

You will notice we go into detail about each story, including the month and year the story first came out. This could be handy information to know. Each entry is adorned with the cover design and a couple of pictures taken from the story it's self. This gives you a pretty good idea of what the story is really like. Though we try not to spill too much information in the description.

To navigate quickly:
We have separated our stories into categories. They are found on the right sidebar of this website. They are as follows...

You can click on any one of these to find a particular kind of story and books/videos under that category will be listed on the page. As a quick reference:

Fiction - This category is for all fiction books and movies. These are titles that have little to no amount of truth to them, and are mostly written for fun or humor.
For Mature Readers - These are stories/movies that have content that may be x-rated or very strong language. These are not recommended for readers under 18 years of age.
Non-fiction - These are stories/books/videos that are based on actual events, or are for documentation and facts.
Stories For Children These are stories/movies that are safe for children under 13 years of age.
Stories for Young Adults - These are stories/movies that are better suited for children 13 and older. They may contain some strong language.
Story Compilations - These are collections of different titles of the same subject, sometimes by different authors, and told in their own way. Keep in mind, the stories in these collections may be of mixed media. That is to say, some stories in these books may be fact, and some may be fiction.
Video Movies - This will bring up our collections of videos. Some may be factual, some may be fiction.
Videobooks - This will bring up stories that also have accompanying videobooks.

How To Purchase:
You have 2 options on how to make a purchase from our site. You can purchase a paperbound copy of any book on the site, or you can purchase an ebook. All stories are available in ebook format, in some cases, it may be the only option. Keep in mind, ebooks will also be less costly than paperbound books. Ordering is easy.

Purchasing ebooks:
Every story on our website is available in ebook format, and in most cases, as well as paperback. Ebooks are a great way to go green and is economical as well. They cost less than paperback books because they are sent to your computer directly and immediately. We currently use payhip.com as our platform for ebooks. The base price for most of our ebooks is $3 and it goes up from there. To purchase ebooks, go to the story entry and scroll until you see the button that looks like this:

When you click on this button, it will take you to a page that has the payment information on it...

This gives you 2 options. You can pay for your book through your Paypal account, or you can use a credit card (via Stripe). All major credit cards are accepted. Once you choose, follow the regular instructions to proceed. You should get an email with a download link or a download link will pop up on your screen. You will only be allowed to download from that link for a total of 2 times.

All ebooks are in PDF format, and all PDFs are stamped. Here is an example of what the PDF stamp looks like:

NOTE: These ebooks are only compatible with a PC or Mac, and can only be opened with a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat.

Purchasing Mobile Ebooks:
We now have ebooks that can be downloaded to a mobile reader, such as Kindle, Nook, iReader and Android e-readers. To access these books, find the button on each entry that looks like this:

Click on this button, and it will take you to a sales page on Lulu.com, and you may purchase the ebook through this page. Lulu will send you an email with the download link and you can download it to your mobile device from there. For specific instructions on how to upload to your mobile device, please read Lulu's article on this subject at this link.

Purchasing paperback/hardbound books:
Almost all books have paper-back copies available, and ordering them is also possible. If you'd like to order, you will need to click on the button that looks like this:

This button will automatically take you to a page, hosted by Lulu.com, where you can place your order. The price of the book is usually listed right beside this button. Keep in mind, paperback books are more costly than the e-books. The extra fees pay the printers and binders for their work in making the book attractively bound and printed. There is also going to be shipping charges added to the cost of the book when ordering a paperback or hardback copy. For an approximate estimate of shipping costs, go to this site. (Lulu ships from Morrisville, NC). They vary per book and shipping method you choose. All paperback books are printed on demand. You must allow as much as 3 weeks from the time your order is placed to the time it reaches you.

Leaving Comments:
Underneath all the information and pictures for each book, you will see a section for comments. They will look similar to this:

You can post a comment here. Click on the link that says "Post A Comment" as shown below:

Also now available, you can post from your Facebook account as well. If you are signed in to Facebook, look for the comment box below the illustrations, like this:

It will ask to connect to your Facebook account, and may also ask you to sign in to your Facebook account and you can post a comment. This is available for all stories on our site. Just go to the story's page that you would like to comment on. This plugin also allows you to comment from AOL, Yahoo!, and Hotmail. As seen in the pull-down menu below:

You also have the option to share on Facebook, once you are signed in.

Everyone who reads the stories is encouraged to make a comment about the story. Tell us what you liked about the story or what you don't like about it. Tell us what you would change about it. All comments are read and reviewed. But they only get posted if they are relevant to the story. Personal attacks on authors or other commenters are discouraged and will be rejected. Keep it clean too! As a large number of children will possibly be reading this site, so keep the comments rated appropriately. Comments that have any profanity will also be rejected.

You can view free samples of any story. To do that, go to the page of the story you want to view, the free version is now embedded onto the page, usually under the description. They can be viewed in a new window by clicking on the icon on the top right side, as shown here:

From there, they can also be downloaded if you'd like. It will take you to Google Docs download page. On the top, left side of the page is their menu, if you click on the arrow, as shown here, it will download the free sample to your computer.

Please note: All free sample copies are watermarked with the words "SAMPLE COPY WWW.UMGPRODUCTIONS.COM". In order to bypass this watermark, you must purchase the full copy of the story. The free samples are simply to give you an idea of what the story is like.

Purchasing A Video:
Our site offers videos for download and rent via pivotshare.com. You can view videos right here on our site. To buy or rent a video, go to that video's page and click on the "Purchase Options For This video" button in the video screen that looks like this:

After you click on this button, a screen like this will pop up:

Here, you can choose to either rent and stream directly on the site, which is not the same as buying a copy of the video. Or, you can choose to download the video to your harddrive. If you choose to rent, the time limit runs usually for 48 hours in most videos. If you choose to download, you'll have 7 days to do so for most videos.

If you choose rent, another screen will pop up where you will be asked to create an account. It'll look like this:

Fill in the required information (all fields are required). And click on "Next". You will then be taken to the payment screen:

Here, you can fill in your credit card or PayPal info. If you have a coupon code, that can be applied on this screen as well by clicking on the "Apply Coupon" box.
Once you click "Next", you will be taken to this screen:

If you push the button that says "Complete This Transaction", your credit card or PayPal account will be charged and you will be able to view or stream this movie. Or if you chose to download or save this movie, you will have to complete the same steps and it will take you to this same page, where you will be taken to a screen like this:

From here, you can choose to select what type of video quality you want to download. Now available! We've opened the Tip Jar feature on all our videos. You can now view any of our videos on a tip. The minimum tip is $2.00, and you get to choose the amount if you'd like to pay more.

NOTE: Not all videos on this site are in HD. Once you select the quality you desire, the video will download onto your computer, or it will begin to stream. For each video, you only get 3 chances to download, or 3 plays, within a certain amount of time, and it varies for each video.

If you cannot find the video, look in your system's Downloads folder. Usually though if you push Save, it will give you an option to choose which folder the video gets saved in.
